DEI Accelerator Toolkits

The CADIA DEI Accelerator Certification Program was founded on our belief that DEI champions are stronger together.

The Accelerator Certification Program offers a structured opportunity for automotive industry professionals to learn DEI best practices, solve complex organizational challenges and build a DEI professional network. Part of the certification is a capstone project where each cohort breaks into teams to solve real-world problems and offer tools and solutions to the industry at large. These tools and resources are available to CADIA members and also available to the wider industry by request.

THESE MATERIALS ARE MADE AVAILABLE AT NO COST. IN RETURN, YOUR OBLIGATION IS TO CREDIT CADIA WHEN YOU USE THEM AND TO SHARE  LIBERALLY - WITHOUT FEES OF ANY KIND - WITH YOUR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE!  THANK YOU!
