Chelsea Zarr, MBA, is a seasoned HR Manager at Martinrea, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She joined the company in 2011 as a manufacturing operator and transitioned to the position of Training Coordinator in 2016 where she oversaw Martinrea’s training programs, conducted orientation for new hires, and measured training effectiveness. Chelsea was promoted to the position of HR Manager in 2021 and continues to demonstrate her leadership and commitment to driving positive change at Bishop Circle Assembly (BCA) and across Martinrea.

In addition to her responsibilities at BCA, Chelsea is a certified trainer and facilitator for Martinrea Skills University, the company's internal leadership and development program. She is also a member of the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) committee for Martinrea, where she contributes her expertise and insights to support gender diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company. Chelsea hold an MBA in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Baker College.
