Petra Godoy began her career in Human Resources just over 25 years ago and has worked for Iochpe, Maxion, Ford, General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems.

She joined Eaton in 2010, being responsible for Human Resources management at Mogi Mirim plant. In mid-2012, she received the opportunity to manage the Human Resources area at Valinhos plant. There was incessant learning in managing a campus with approximately 2,000 employees, distributed between the administrative and manufacturing areas. The challenges associated with a highly unionized location were constant.

After years in this role, she moved to the corporate area, being responsible for Remuneration, Benefits and Private Pensions Management, with regional coverage, covering seven countries and 4,500 employees. In March 2022, she was appointed Human Resources Directors for the Mobility Group and Corporate for South and Central America. Petra is responsible for the Human Resources function with focus on dealing with the current HR challenges while preparing the business for future trends, particularly with market recovery.

Petra has a degree in Psychology from the Methodist University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Management and Organizational Development from FGV-SP. She is also certified in MBTI. Petra is the vice president of ABRH for Campinas region and a member of GRUCA group, as well.
