Karina Sanchez serves as the HR Director for Eaton’s Mobility Group North America region.  In this role, she is responsible for directing efforts to build organizational capability, aligned to Eaton’s leadership model to foster an engaging, diverse, and high-performance culture across the business.

Karina’s experience spans over 20 years of HR leadership within the manufacturing and automotive sector. Over the course of her career, Karina has served as a trusted HR business partner, supporting plant operations within the U.S. and Mexico, with a focus on employee & labor relations, the spectrum of HR operational excellence, talent acquisition and development, and leadership excellence. Prior to joining Eaton in 2020, she served as Director, Human Resources at Cooper Standard Automotive.  Prior to this, Karina held HR roles of increasing responsibility with Tower International and Diversified Machine, Inc.

Karina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in human resources from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in human resources management from Davenport University.
