Erin Dewsbury-Ribeiro brings over 17 years of dedicated service to Bosch, where she has exemplified a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering inclusive environments. Beginning her journey as a project manager in the Chassis Controls division, Erin supported critical projects for esteemed clients such as Toyota and Subaru.

Driven by a desire for professional growth and a dedication to making a broader impact, Erin transitioned to manager of the Bosch Training Center. Leading a team responsible for providing regional training and learning opportunities to over 36,000 associates in Bosch North America, Erin demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Erin embarked on a journey of self-discovery and advocacy. This led her to play a significant role in shaping Bosch's DEI initiatives, starting with her involvement in the steering committee for Bosch’s African Ancestry resource group in 2020.

In January 2023, Erin took on a pivotal role as Bosch’s new DEI Officer for North America, a position that allows her to pursue her passion for advancing diversity and inclusion on a full-time basis.
