What It Is

A 6–8 week engagement where we work alongside your team — teaching them to use AI on their actual challenges,
not hypothetical exercises. By the end, they've built a complete playbook: prompts, workflows, and a custom AI
assistant tailored to their function — all of which they understand, can use, and can maintain without us.

How It Works

Weeks 1–2: Foundations

We start with the basics — how to use the AI tools your organization has access to, responsible use,
what's allowed, what's not. Your team practices on their real emails, meetings, and files. Everyone gets
comfortable before we go deeper.

Weeks 3–6: Building on Real Work

We identify 2–3 challenges your team actually faces — the repetitive work, the communication bottlenecks,
the documentation that never gets done. Then we teach them to build solutions: prompts that save hours,
workflows that reduce friction, and a custom AI assistant designed for their specific role and language.

Weeks 7–8: Ownership and Sustainability

Your team documents what they've built, teaches each other, and learns how to iterate without us.
We're not creating dependency — we're building capability.
